questions we are asked.....
Where are you located?
Our business office is located in Urbandale,
IA. Our pick up/drop off facility is located in Ankeny, IA.
What do you consider a daily rental,
meaning when can I pick up and when do I drop off.
Pick Up: Equipment pickup is
coordinated with BigFunSports, we have allowed customers to pickup the
night before (if rental schedule allows) or we have met our customers as
early as 6am.
Drop Off: If a daily rental,
equipment is expected to be returned before 6am the following day.
If a weekly rental, equipment should be returned by end of day of your
last rental date.
What the heck is a Toy Timeshare anyway?
This program is designed for those who wish
to take advantage of all of our equipment and better than rental rate
pricing. See our toy timeshare page for
details.
Do you offer financing for Toy~Timeshare
memberships?
Yes. Please contact us for details.
Which lake are you based on?
We're not. We are a "tow-n-go"
organization, we allow our customers to haul the equipment to their
desired destination. However, if you do not have a vehicle that
can tow, we can provide delivery service for an additional fee or
provide you with a Big Fun Sports discounted rate with Enterprise
Rent-a-Truck program.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery fees areas will depend on distance
and amount of rental time (if you rent for days, there would be a
significant discount). Please contact us
for details on delivery.
Where can I go to use your equipment?
That really is up to you. As a
customer you can take our equipment to any destination for your use.
Note: any legal destination (in other words - no trespassing).

How do I make a reservation?
Please contact us at
info@bigfunsports or call us at
515.883.0400 to speak to you regarding your desired
rental. To book the reservation, you will need to pay the
entire rental fee through our secure online payment system (a link will
be sent via email). Once the rental fee is paid,
your reservation is booked into our system. We will work out the
equipment pickup/delivery and completing necessary paperwork at that time.
What if I need to cancel a reservation?
All cancellations must be made 21 days prior
to rental date for a full refund. Cancellations made with less
notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
What if the weather is bad the day of our reservation?
For daily rentals, we will allow you to
reschedule for a different date based on availability. For weekly
rentals, once you take the equipment, we cannot be responsible for the
weather. If you feel you need to cancel, please contact us and we
will find a win-win for everyone.
Does BigFunSports do corporate or group events? Can you give me some details?
We offer many packages regarding
corporate/group events. We provide full captian service and
catering options. Please see our events
page for additional details. Can you imagine a more memorable
outing for your clients, customers, family, and or friends - than
enjoying our equipment at your event. They will remember the event
(and you) for years to come. We supply the service, equipment, and
instruction ~ you supply the people...and the smiles will come.
Customer Appreciation Events? What is
this about?
Big Fun Sports will occasionally organize an
event for our customers. In the past, we have done the following ~
road trip to Chicago for a Cubs game, group float and BBQ on the Iowa river, paintball, KC
Chiefs road trip. This is just a way for us to say thanks to our
customers and to do something different with a crowd of like minded
people.
What if I own my own equipment, can I rent
for my guests?
Absolutely! What better way to enjoy
your equipment with your guests then being able to provide your
guests with their own great equipment to enjoy the activity (let's face
it, most of us do not like to share our personal equipment).
